My car was stolen and someone used that car for crime, what to do?

The 1973 Code of Criminal Procedure discusses the jurisdiction in theft cases. " According to Section 181(5) of the Code, "Any offense which includes the possession of the stolen property may be inquired into or tried by a Court whose local jurisdiction the offense was committed or the possession of the stolen property by any person who received or retained it knowing or having reason to believe it to be stolen property."
